Your business priority

Where do you need progress?

AI work starts with a business problem, not a shopping list of tools.

Practical business applications

What could AI do in your business?

Pick a team. Explore three everyday tasks and the human check that keeps the work accountable.

Sales: three everyday jobs

  • Draft follow-up emails from call notes.
  • Turn a brief or site visit into a first-draft quote.
  • Summarise a long tender and list what it asks for.
The check a person makesA salesperson reads and edits before sending. Prices come from your price list, never from AI.

Admin and operations: three everyday jobs

  • Turn a meeting recording into notes and actions.
  • Fill standard documents from a template.
  • Find the right policy or procedure in your own files.
The check a person makesThe meeting owner confirms the actions. No client personal data goes into a tool you have not approved.

Finance: three everyday jobs

  • Sort and label invoices and receipts.
  • Draft late-payment reminders.
  • Explain month-on-month changes in a spreadsheet in plain words.
The check a person makesA person approves anything that moves money. Figures are checked against the source.

Customer service: three everyday jobs

  • Draft replies to common questions.
  • Summarise a long complaint thread.
  • Turn call notes into a ticket.
The check a person makesStaff send. AI only drafts. Customers are told if they are talking to a bot.

HR: three everyday jobs

  • Draft job adverts and interview questions.
  • Turn policies into plain-English staff guides.
  • Summarise staff survey comments.

Marketing: three everyday jobs

  • First drafts from your own material.
  • Turn one article into five posts.
  • Research a prospect before a meeting.

Accountable AI use

Clear purpose.
Clear responsibility.

AI tools need defined uses, data boundaries and decision owners. I help turn those requirements into guidance your team can follow.

01 / Choose

Choose the job.

One real task, one team, one owner.

02 / Agree

Agree the rules.

What is approved, with which data, and who signs off.

03 / Check

A person reviews.

Named reviewers check outputs before use or sharing.

A clear engagement

Four steps.
Clear scope.

  1. 01
    A 20-minute scoping call.

We discuss your business priority and whether my services are a suitable fit.

  2. 02
    An agreed written scope.

Deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, fees and timing, agreed before paid work begins.

  3. 03
    Practical delivery.

On site or remotely, working with your team from the start.

  4. 04
    An evidence-led review.

We assess the result against the agreed objectives and evidence. You decide the next step.

In their words

What our clients have to say

  • “Phillip took me from using AI like Google to winning a vibe-coding hackathon and implementing AI systems that make me a better, more impactful entrepreneur.

It's incredible what this technology can do, and Phillip's weekly OneDay MBA courses have turned a daunting topic into an enjoyable, simplified format that I can implement in an impactful way.

Thank you, Phillip! We're lucky to have you as a mentor in our MBA journeys, and lucky to join the space to learn, laugh and progress that you created.”

    Beverly Michelle
  • “I have taken more than forty of Phil's community courses at OneDay, including the superior program in Miami. Across all of them, one thing stands out: he teaches founders how to apply technology, especially the fast-moving world of artificial intelligence, in ways that are practical, immediately applicable, and cost-effective. You leave his sessions with tools and methods you can put to work in your venture the same afternoon, taught by someone who clearly stays current with the newest developments.

What sets Phil apart is that he remembers what it was to be a founder himself. He built his first venture at OneDay, and he has never lost the ability to walk in each founder's shoes. He understands the realities of running a business, he is compassionate with students at every level, and his enthusiasm for the program is genuine. He gives his time and energy freely, he is ready to help anyone at any time, and he cheers for every founder and the dream they are chasing.

If you are building something and you want technology to work for you rather than around you, take Phil's courses. Then take another forty.”

  • “I enjoy all the AI-based masterclasses held by Phil. They provide real-life tools to build a business that could reduce the timelines or time required per week, while we also manage our full-time jobs and other life quests. Also, these classes help a lot of non-technical founders like me to learn these ever-changing techs quickly. Wish we could have these sessions but longer, so we can also work side by side applying what we learn. And of course it is always amazing to see how happy Phil is to answer all our questions.”

  • “Phil's sessions were my favourite by far of my MBA program. His knowledge and ideas have blown my mind. Before meeting him I had no idea what was possible (spoiler — everything is!) — and my eyes have now been opened! It's an intimidatingly fast moving world and it's a relief to have access to someone who is on top of it. I would attend any lecture he does in a heartbeat.”

    Lara M
  • “I met Phil through my boss while working as her automation specialist. Before meeting him, I mostly thought of automation as moving one task or piece of information from one step to another. Phil helped me see how much more is possible with AI and automation. Through his mentoring, I've greatly improved my skills, stayed more up to date with technology, and discovered tools like Claude Code and capabilities in Claude that I didn't know existed. His guidance has genuinely changed the way I approach my work.”

Before we speak

Good questions.

Plain answers about fit, cost, data and what this work does not promise.

We are a small firm. Is this for us?

Yes. We can start with a specific business task, even without an IT department or a completed AI strategy. The scope includes practical controls and human review.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the work. You get a plan with the price in writing before anything paid starts.

Do we need to buy new software?

Often not. We start with what you already pay for, such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.

How do you manage data risk?

We agree which tools may use which information, who is responsible and where review is required before using AI. These controls reduce risk; they do not eliminate it.

Can you train the whole team?

Yes. Sessions are built around each team’s real tasks, on site or online.

Do you give legal advice?

No. I am not a law firm. I do not give legal opinions or certify compliance. I show you what the rules ask for and where you have gaps, and I work alongside your lawyer if you have one.

Where do you work?

I am based in London, UK, and work with businesses in the UK and US. Delivery arrangements are agreed for each engagement.
